Responsibilities

  • Provide timely feedback to project teams on procurement activities, including delivery schedules, confirmations, and supplier capacity plans.
  • Identify, coordinate, and develop mitigation options in case of deviations from expected or confirmed deliveries.
  • Monitor, update, and maintain delivery and capacity plans based on evolving project requirements.
  • Establish and lead regular coordination meetings with delivery team representatives.
  • Align logistics requirements and drive discussions on supply needs to support DIO (Days Inventory Outstanding) targets.
  • Escalate major risks to the Project Manager, such as single-source dependencies, long lead times, supplier performance issues, or quality concerns.
  • Maintain active oversight of all project-specific purchasing activities across responsible and regional Procurement Groups.

Your Profile

  • Basic knowledge of business economics or a commercial education background.
  • Proven experience in procurement execution and planning.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain interactions and interdependencies.
  • Experience in supplier negotiations and relationship management.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Our Offer

  • A unique corporate culture rooted in family tradition since 1892, fostering personal growth, satisfaction, and achievement

  • Global market leadership in large-scale tolling and traffic management systems, with strong investment in green and sustainable technologies

  • Be part of a forward-thinking team that values innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Grow your skills in an inclusive, supportive, and collaborative atmosphere.

  • A hands-on onboarding with an experienced team to get familiar with the business and domain-related processes

  • Social benefits of a modern company, e.g. Homeoffice, mobile devices, flexible working hours, operating restaurants, meal discount, bridge day regulation, bicycle leasing etc.

  • A market compliant gross salary of EUR 56.000 p.a. based on a full-time employment, which can be adapted according to your qualifications and your job experience

  • Start date: as soon as possible, full-time position
